Roasted pork loin stuffed with Italian sausage and served with roasted yellow onions, grape tomatoes, and garlic
BBQed a marinated flank steak along with italian sausages and mini peppers for dinner this evening.  Served with oven fries.
For the last meal of 2010 we roasted a pork shoulder with plums and onions.  Dried apricots and cashew nuts made part of the sweet and savory sauce.
Roasted a pork loin this afternoon.  Marinated with a sweet and sour sauce.  Dried apricots, plums and garlic added to the sauce.
Leftover pork from earlier this week.  Added roasted potatoes and asparagus.

Leftover BBQ pork is turned into a yakisoba for lunch today.  Angel hair pasta, grated carrots, red bell peppers, peas, green onions, sesame seeds and sugar snap peas are mixed with a light sesame oil based tomato sauce that used the rest of the BBQ sauce.

Still had some pork left over from the BBQ the other day so made a yakisoba this afternoon.  Used angel hair pasta instead of ramen noodles.  Stir fry veggies inclulded broccoli, sugar snap peas, onions, red bell peppers, and fennel.
Roasted pork with stewed Fuji apples and raisins.
Still had some BBQ pork leftover from Monday so it was used in this yakisoba, an oriental dish using some soy sauce and sesame oil.  It is served with stir fry snow peas on a bed of pasta.
Pork ribs, white beans, carrots and tomatoes make up this traditional french dish.
